Domaro Onward LLC
Terms
Last updated October 22, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Domaro Onward LLC (“Domaro”, “we”) for using Domaro. By using Domaro you agree to them. If you use Domaro for a business, you agree on its behalf.
The service
Domaro is an assistant that keeps your business records, reads what you connect, and helps you act on it. It is offered by invitation for now. We work to keep it available and correct, and we may change or improve it.
Your account
Keep your passkeys and your recovery code safe. Your records are encrypted so that we cannot unlock them for you: if you lose every passkey and your recovery code, your records cannot be recovered. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Your content
What you put into Domaro and what it reads from your connected accounts remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide Domaro to you, as described in our Privacy page. You confirm you have the right to connect the accounts you connect.
The assistant
Domaro’s assistant can be wrong. Check what matters before relying on it, especially money, dates and anything sent to other people. Domaro does not send messages or make payments on your behalf without your approval.
Text messages
When a Domaro owner approves it, their assistant texts the owner’s subcontractors, vendors and clients about the owner’s work, such as a question about a job. Message frequency varies with the work. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, START to resume, or HELP for help; you can also email platform@domaro.app. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use
Do not use Domaro to break the law, to harm others, to send unwanted messages, or to try to get into accounts or systems that are not yours, and do not try to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Fees
If you pay for Domaro, the price and billing terms are the ones agreed with you. Unless agreed otherwise, fees are not refundable for periods already started.
Ending
You can stop using Domaro and ask us to delete your data at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or the law requires it, and will tell you when we can.
Disclaimers
Domaro is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Domaro Onward LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Domaro in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you and Domaro consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will update this page and its date, and tell you in Domaro before a significant change takes effect. Continuing to use Domaro after that means you accept the change.
